Stage technology: Conception and technical data
The priority of the new system was to install a maximum number of point hoists and fly bars with a high capacity. The flexible use of the point hoists requires a free grid. All machines and converter pulleys were conceived and placed accordingly to allow a flexible positioning of the point hoists.
The actual installation includes:
- 66 Point hoists, capacity 250 kg
- 49 Fly bars, capacity 1000 kg
- 8 Lighting bridges, 2000kg dynamic load
- 9 Lighting bridges, 1000 kg dynamic load
- 1 Portal lighting bridge for 5000kg dynamic load
The control system allows individual movements, group and synchronised movements for a group of 18 flies.
